All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Staten Island, NY, we ship Monday – Friday.
We collect sales tax where legally required. This includes the states of AL, CA, IN, MA, NJ, NY, OH, TX, and WA, but is subject to change at any time. The appropriate sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address.
There is no shipping on Saturday and Sunday and the following holidays: New Years’ Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address. Some states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your final order or receipt.

When you’re happy, we’re happy. At T SUIT, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not, you can return to us within 7 days from the date your order was received. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
If you should receive defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, and return to us within 7 days from the date your order was received.
IMPORTANT: All swimsuits must be unused with all tags and liners/hygiene strips attached and returned in original packaging to ensure health regulations.
QUICK T SUIT RETURN STEPS
- Use enclosed USPS return label and service charge will be deducted from your original payment method.
- Replace original shipping label with new return label.
- USPS: Drop off your package at any USPS location, including your own mailbox, or schedule a free package pickup at USPS.com/pickup.
- Product must be in new condition and returned in original packaging with all original tags/accessories. T SUIT reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any tags/accessories are missing.
- A copy of the T SUIT original invoice should be placed inside the return package.
- Promotional items will be refunded at purchase price.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be subjected to a restocking fee.
- Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
